Please note: We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facility. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
** Not all items are immediately available for shipping and need to be assembled. These items will ship within 7-10 business days of your order. You will be notified via e-mail when your product has shipped.
One-Day or Two-Day Shipping: Upon request, you can ship items via express shipping. All inquiries for expedited shipping must be pre-arranged with our Customer Service team by contacting 800.706.5225 during normal business hours or by emailing customerservice@koverroos.com. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for Next-Day or Second-Day Shipping. Custom orders and out-of-stock orders may take longer than 10 business days.
DELIVERY CHARGES
UPS is Koverroos' preferred carrier and we ship all products via UPS. We offer three shipping options within the United States: Ground, Second-Day, and Next-Day Shipping. The cost for shipping is based on which option you select. Second-Day or Next-Day shipping is only available by phone.
Please note: Orders with P.O. boxes or military bases as destinations will automatically be shipped via US Mail.
